DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS: Customers will receive email notifications for order confirmation, processing updates, and shipping with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these communications and be available for delivery.

In the case of subscriptions, we try to group them and place all our orders once a week. In this way, we optimize stock and courier costs. Depending on the day of your first order, your next order could arrive in a month (or 3 months according to your choice), plus a few extra days for our organization.

The provider will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will be shipped to the address set by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email informing them about the dispatch of their goods from the warehouse.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to sender at customer's expense.

VII. Right of Withdrawal

Customers of AdultGiftBox.com have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 natural days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 natural days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AdultGiftBox.com through the contact form or any other explicit means.

VIII. Warranties and Returns

Returns, warranties, and after-sales services in general from AdultGiftBox.com will be governed by the applicable consumer regulations. Before making any return, the customer must contact AdultGiftBox.com indicating their order number and explaining their request, accompanying it if possible with photos of the items and/or related defects.

RETURN CONDITIONS: Due to the characteristics and uses of our products, returns will only be accepted for products that are still sealed or in perfect condition (unused). The 14-day return period begins from the date of actual delivery receipt, not from shipping date.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Returns for change of mind or unwanted items (sealed products): Customer bears all return shipping costs

Returns due to manufacturing defects or warranty issues: AdultGiftBox.com will evaluate covering return shipping costs based on destination, product value, and circumstances

Returns due to incorrect items sent by us: AdultGiftBox.com covers all return shipping costs

REFUSED DELIVERIES: Customers who refuse delivery without valid justification forfeit their right to standard return policies. Such refusals constitute breach of contract and no refund will be provided.

REFUND METHOD: Products returned under acceptable conditions will generate a credit for the customer, for the amount paid during the order (regardless of current or previous order prices, the final price paid in each case will be used). AdultGiftBox.com will provide this credit as a discount coupon on its website or other group websites.

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Manufacturing defects or malfunctions in items with mechanical or electronic parts will be handled as warranty claims. Our after-sales service will assist customers and choose to either manage replacement directly with the manufacturer or provide necessary information for direct manufacturer contact. The warranty period of products will be in accordance with current legislation and the warranty issued by each manufacturer. In any case, all products must be returned with their accessories to apply warranty coverage.

PROCESSING TIME: Return processing takes 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund timing depends on the original payment method and bank processing times.

As part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we will evaluate the possibility of covering transport costs for returned products or warranty management, according to destination, price, and product dimensions.
